Carphone Warehouse is undoubtedly the UK's leading brand of communications retailing on today's high street. With almost 900 branches the company has a very visible presence and it's important to continually update and improve "in-store experience" for customers.
As Carphone has explained it's product range and the features they sell become ever more sophisticated, it's important to communicate effectively with customers. MVS has worked closely with Carphone and their principal contractors to install Panasonic 42" Plasma-Screens and reliable Sound Systems.
A DVD disc is regularly issued to each branch containing advertisements and in-store promotions.
The sound system is fed from an audio-hard-drive system this enables direct control of the music content centrally and leaves staff free to deal with customers.
